My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom door was hard to open and close, and some details like the carpet needed work. The service was good overall, but the language barrier could be challenging due to the proximity to the US border. The location was excellent for shopping and near the new Consulate, but I wish they had in-room kitchens. The dining was a highlight with a full hot breakfast, though the temperature could have been better. Facilities were generally good, but some areas could use improvements.
